About Us
India's 2.1 % of the population are specially abled large part of it come from rural areas and smaller towns, due to various factors like consanguineous weddings, socio economic status, drug abuse, hygiene factor , injuries to brain, etc etc . Because of this reason we are operating our NGO from a smaller town targeting rural areas.
SAADHYA's first centre for Intellectually challenged started in Hassan on September 2016 with the initial strength being two students, the second centre was flagged of in the month of October 2016 with seven students at Hosapete Vijayanagara district. Total strength currently in both the centres put together is 255. We have a total team of 81 of which 36 are trained special educators. We have full time Speech therapy and Physiotherapy unit at Hosapete Centre.

We are associated with Department of Empowerment of Differently abled & Senior citizen, Department of Public Instruction, Department of Surva Shiksh Abhiyana, Department of Health, Department of Women & Child Development, and National Trust, Indian Dental Association, Special Olympics Bharat, Dhwai Foundation, Shakti the Empathy project , Local mainstream schools for inclusion.

Driven by a passionate & self-motivated team, we aim to improve the social status of 2000 Mentally Challenged by 2030. With our innovative programes in special education, therapies, art & culture, sports, vocational training we facilitate the inclusion & mainstream employment
Our services
SAADHYA residential school and vocational training centre for specially abled (Intellectual disability).
In both the centres we offer following services :
a. Centre caters services for Persons with Intellectual Disability, Downsyndrome, Cerebral Plasy, Autism and Multiple Disability.
b. Special Education, Academics, Physiotherapy, Special Olympics sports, art and culture, vocational training , mainstream employment and one to one teaching methods are adopted in school. In this category ita€?s like any other school where the children are day scholars and finish their schooling by the evening. The sole purpose is to bring inclusiveness and allow these children to join the mainstream. The whole idea is to make them self-dependant for daily living skills, functional academics. We train them exclusively for many individual activities through sports, employment led and other livelihood means.
c. Both the school offers residential facilities, With round the clock observation and assistance. This also includes regular medical check-ups and treatment.
